Makita DHR171 is powered by BL Motor delivers 0-680 RPM, 0-4,800 BPM and 1.2 Joules of impact energy for faster drilling. The Makita BL motor is electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for up to 50% longer run time per charge.

Makita DHR171 is designed with 2-Mode operation for “Rotation Only” or “Hammering with Rotation” for multiple applications. It features electric brake for maximum productivity and increased operator safety. The packaging comes with a depth gauge for increased drilling consistency and very lightweight with 2.1 kg only. It is conveniently located push button for rotation reverse.
