Shipping Policy

  1. Sumwu Concept Sdn Bhd will only send online orders to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address or any international address.
  1. All delivery for standard, express and Click & Collect are only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeded this limit.
  1. Your paid orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working day(s). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
  1. Sumwu Concept Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Free Shipping

Free shipping for those customer who were spent RM500 or above in our website. (Only For West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)).

Standard delivery

Our courier company are Gdex and Ninja Van. Normally delivery it will takes 2-5 working days for West Malaysia address; 5-8 working days for East Malaysia. Delivery to remote areas may require additional of 2 to 3 working days. 
During peak season / festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.
At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as a proof of delivery. If the packaging is tempered, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged.

How to track your order

We will inbox/email every customer tracking number of the parcel when the parcel is picked up by courier service. Please trace your parcel here: 1) https://www.tracking.my/couriers/gdex (Gdex) 2) https://www.tracking.my/couriers/ninjavan (Ninja Van). If there is unsuccessfully delivery of the parcel, please call 1) +60377872222 (Gdex) 2) +601117225600 (Ninja Van) to reschedule second delivery. Tracking code may appear few hours to be reflected in the tracking system after you have received the Delivery Confirmation email.

In the event that you have not received delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service via email (sumwucs@gmail.com) for further assistance.

Please ensure that you trace and track your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to customer providing wrong address or nobody at home and not picking up from the Gdex or Ninja Van office, we will only do second shipment after receiving postage fee for Malaysia address, West Malaysia RM8; East Malaysia RM18. Or else, customer has to come to our store to pick up the parcel.

Any order that had been return due to fail delivery or been placed with option of self-collect should be collected within 7 calendar days after it has successfully arrived at the selected outlet. Should no one be available to collect the parcel, the order may be forfeited after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we reserve the right to not refund the Customer any amount that the Customer has spent on his/her order.
