By signing up an account on Sumwu Concept’s website , you will be automatically enrolled in our Membership and Affiliate Program (the “Program”) and you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up. These Terms are a legal agreement between Sumwu Concept Sdn. Bhd. (“Sumwu Concept”, “we”, “us”) and You (the “Affiliate”, “you”).
Membership is a rewards loyalty program and affiliate program is a program to let existing customer to earn a commission when driving new users to use and purchase at our website. The Program owned and managed by Sumwu Concept Sdn Bhd. The Program is applicable at our Online Store (www.sumwuconcept.com) only.
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time.
Any violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your account with us and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate referral commission earned.
1.0 Account Registration & Terms
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up to be an Affiliate
You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of Malaysia to be eligible for the program. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation.
Each account is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of any user names and passwords issued (including those of any Invitees) rests with you.
You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2.0 Membership Loyalty Program: Loyalty Points
Sumwu Concept offers a loyalty rewards program to its customers, which is free to join and enables members to earn points based on their purchase amount. The program is applicable at our Online Store (www.sumwuconcept.com) only. The loyalty points earned through the membership program cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another individual.
Our loyalty program rewards our customers for their purchases. For every RM1 spent in a single transaction, two points will be accumulated. The accumulation of reward points will be recorded or updated automatically within 24 hours. However, points accumulated shall be calculated after the deduction of discounts, rebates, or any other form of deductions from the purchase made. If you choose to make a deposit payment, points will only be awarded on the day of full payment. You may keep accumulating points through several purchases and utilize your points at a later time. Please take note that in order to use your loyalty points, the minimum order amount required is RM50. Also, please be informed that the maximum amount that can be redeemed through loyalty points for every single purchase receipt is RM250. The conversion rate for loyalty points is 100 points to RM1 in store credits. You can easily check your point’s status by logging into your account. It is important to note that loyalty points have a validity period of one (1) year from the date they were earned. Any unused points will expire and cannot be transferred to another account or carried forward. Therefore, we advise our customers to utilize your points before they expire.
If product(s) purchased at the our Online Store (www.sumwuconcept.com) are returned or exchanged for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given, we are entitled to reverse the rewards points issued.
Kindly note that NO loyalty points will be rewarded for purchases of / by:
- Selected Product(s)
- Clearance Sale that are marked with “*” (The Asterisk Symbol) or “C” (The Letter C)
- Exchangeable products, Premium products, Project sale, Display items, Super Shock items
- Products with no price indicated on the page and require quotation from our sales team.
- Payment for Delivery Charges and Processing Fees.
- Any products and / or services purchased at Sumwu Concept physical outlet(s)
- Other products and / or services purchased outside Sumwu Concept outlet(s) that is not related to Sumwu Concept.
- Any other Promotional Programs that may occur during the Sumwu Reward Program period.
- Any dispute regarding the membership loyalty points and services can be directed to Sumwu Customer Service line or email to sumwumarketing@gmail.com within five (5) days of the said dispute.
In the event of unauthorized transaction due to suspect or engage in fraudulent or any other unlawful conduct on the usage of the program, we may at its sole discretion to cease all the points earning or redemption and/or terminate the usage of the said account.
3.0 Referral Links & Affiliate Promotion
Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided with a URL link that must be used to identify you when placing a link from your site, email or other communications to the our website. It is your responsibility to ensure each such link is correctly formatted.
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
You may not use our name or graphics in any bulk email whatsoever unless we have given our advanced written consent. We may terminate the Agreement if any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from your marketing activities.
You may not issue any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Program; such action may result in your termination from the Program. In addition, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you develop our Services, say you are part of Sumwu Concept or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
4.0 Store Credits
Store Credit is a type of commission/rebate offered by us to you that allows you to pay for your purchases on our online store (www.sumwuconcept.com). Store Credits are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Store Credit can only be used online at www.sumwuconcept.com
- Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
- Store Credit may not be purchased and has no equivalent cash value
- Store Credit can be applied to any purchases made on www.sumwuconcept.com
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due
- Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue
Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.
By receiving Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to us that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the our website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
5.0 Affiliate Program: Referral Commission in term of Store Credit
Kindly note that any referral commission earned through the Program cannot be withdrawn as cash. Instead, the commission fee will be converted into store credit that you may use to offset your future purchases on our online store.
For the sale of a subscription to be eligible to earn a referral commission, the customer (referee) must click-through a link from your site, email, or other communications to the Sumwu Concept website and sign up within 60 days of the initial click-through. If they fail to sign up within those 60 days and later return without following your link, you will not earn a referral commission when they made purchases.
We will only recognise referral commission on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. For our systems to track the referral, the referee must have cookies enabled. We will not recognise referral if someone says they signed up through you but it was not tracked by our system.
The referral commission varies from 1% to 3%, depending on the type of products sold. The commission is calculated based on the total payment made by customer (referee), after any applicable discounts, rebates, or deductions, excluding shipping fees and taxes. The referral commission in term of store credits will be credited to your Affiliate account once the customer makes a purchase and their payment was successfully verified by us. Customer payments refunded or payments charged-back due to credit card fraud or any other reasons do not qualify for referral commission. We may delay crediting of referral commission subject to risk analysis considerations and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

The referral commission structure is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to amend the commission rate and term conditions without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify or reverse any referral commission credit earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
6.0 Customer Definition
Every customer who buys a product through this program is deemed to be a customer of Sumwu Concept. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning pricing, customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. We are not responsible for any representations made by customer that contradict our rules, policies or operating procedures.
7.0 Pricing & Availability
We will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Products prices and availability may vary from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.
8.0 Copyrighted and Trademarked material
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your reviews, product descriptions and articles (if applicable at your site) obey all applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Sumwu Concept will not be responsible if you use another party’s copyrighted or trademarked material in violation of the law.
9.0 Term of the Agreement and Program
The term of this Agreement will begin upon your account signing up and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by e-mail, to your address on our records, is considered sufficient notice to terminate this Agreement. By leaving the program, any points/credits or any related promotional activities that is already accrued or issued will be forfeited. Sumwu Concept reserves the right to end the Program at any time. Upon Program termination, we reserve the rights to pay any legitimate outstanding earnings. We also reserve the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will always supersede the existing Terms and Conditions and will publish in our website.
10.0 Termination
Sumwu Concept, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other our service, for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accrued rewards, loyalty points and referral credit in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our website and all our images and other materials provided under the Program.
11.0 Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Agreement.
12.0 Limitations of Liability
The Company and any of the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this Program.
If your use of material provided under this Program results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof. The Company’s liability cannot be excluded or limited for any liability that is not allowed to be excluded or limited by applicable law. However, the maximum amount the Company may be liable for under these Terms or any related contract will be limited to the total amount we paid you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13.0 Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations hereunder that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but not limited to the following:
(a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
(e) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
14.0 Waiver
If we fail, at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled hereunder, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
15.0 Severability
If any of these Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
