- The discount will be automatically computed at checkout based on the loyalty points/store credits available in your Account.
- You have the discretion to use the discount offered to offset payment on your purchase through our website.
2.1.2 Special Product Discount:
- Certain products, including power tools and specific selected brands, are excluded from the 15% discount offer.
- Instead, customers can enjoy a fixed discount of RM3 off per unit on these specific products.
- The fixed discount will be automatically computed at checkout for eligible products.
- You have the discretion to use the discount offered to offset payment on your purchase through our website.

- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

We accept payment for Products purchased on the Website via our payment gateway service provider using the following modes of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and e-wallets. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway service provider, iPay88 Payment Gateway (“iPay 88’”), which may appear as the billing party in your billing statements. For further information, please refer to iPay 88 Payment Gateway’s website at https://www.ipay88.com/. We only accept payment for Orders in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
We have the right to modify the methods of payment available to the Customers, at any time, being understood that available methods of payment are those indicated on the Website at the time the Orders are placed by the Customers.
If you choose to pay using a payment card with a foreign currency-denominated account, the payment will be taken in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your payment card issuer will then convert the Malaysian Ringgit value, using their foreign exchange rates. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be fully responsible for all foreign exchange related risks if you choose to pay using a payment card with a foreign currency-denominated account, and we shall bear no liability to you or any third party in this regard.
All Orders require bank verification and authorization via our payment gateway service provider prior to processing. Only Orders with verified and authorized payment will be processed and shipped.

4.1.3 Payment Schedule:
Customers opting for BNPL will receive a transparent payment schedule, outlining installment amounts and due dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to this schedule to avoid penalties or disruptions to the BNPL service.
4.1.4 Processing fee / Handling fee
Please note that a 6% processing fee will be applied for customers choosing the BNPL option. Processing BNPL transactions involves additional administrative work and resources, including verification of customer eligibility, processing of installment payments, and handling of associated paperwork. This fee is designed to ensure the sustainability of the services while providing customers with the flexibility they desire in their payment options, providing the convenience and flexibility provided by the BNPL service. We reserve the right to modify or adjust the fee amount at any time, with proper notice provided to customers.
4.1.5 Interest-Free Installments:
Our BNPL service allows customers to enjoy interest-free installments, making it a convenient and cost-effective way to manage their purchases.
4.1.6 Atome as Billing Party:
Be aware that Atome may appear as the billing party on statements for BNPL transactions.
4.1.7 Foreign Exchange Risks:
Customers opting for payment with a foreign currency-denominated account should be aware that the payment will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any foreign exchange-related risks are the responsibility of the customer.
4.1.8 Order Processing:
All BNPL orders undergo verification and authorization by our payment gateway service provider. Only orders with successfully verified and authorized payments will be processed and shipped.
4.1.9 Modification of BNPL Methods:
We retain the right to modify available BNPL methods at any time. Changes will be reflected on the website at the time of order placement.

5.0 Accuracy Of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
